Club Nights
Join us on club nights on Thursdays!
Club Nights open two weeks before the actual date and are Thursday evenings alternating between our two main venues – Ladyleys (Oldmeldrum) & Cabin (Inverurie).
Club nights are only £10 per session – each session lasts around 1 hour and will have no more than 4 individuals in the group. We try to match each rider’s capabilities where possible.
Booking onto a club night is easy! Please phone/text the duty member between 9am – 9pm only and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
When contacting the duty member please state:
- Your Name
- Your Horses Name
- Level you are looking to work at (e.g. Prelim for dressage or 75cm for jumping)
- Preferred time of lesson/any time restraints you have.
IMPORTANT INFO
Please note the below changes to our Club Night:
- Booking via Text to the Duty Member. We will confirm you have a space or if you are on a waitlist. You will then be e-mailed confirming your time/group and you will be asked to make payment via PayPal. This must be sent via Friends & Family. If not, your payment will be rejected and your space passed on to someone else.
- We run a “No Top No Ride” policy, so remember your Ythan tops (if you do not have one, please order on line via the Shop tab).
- If you book in and your space is confirmed but you can no longer attend, we will do our best to fill your space. However, if we can’t manage you are still liable to pay for your space.
- Those who have lessons at the start/end of the night, please, where possible arrive a little early/stay a little afterwards to help set up/put away equipment.
